The process of producing EPS wall panels/ EPS wall boards:
1,Raw materials proportioning: A Specially made mixer is using to mix the cement,EPS beads,addtives and other materials according to design with water to make the fine mixed mortar ready for filling.
2,At the same time the EPS mold cars are installed the faceplate,which also called Side Cover,the Calcium Silicate Board.
3,The ready mixed mortar filled/injected into the EPS wall panel molding car after it is installed the calcium silicate board and comes to the filling position.
4,The EPS wall panel mold cars moved to curing area .
5,The EPS finished panels pulled out by an automatic panel demolding and stacking machine.

The advantages of the lightweight EPS wall panel:
(A) Lightweight: The raw materials used are Lightweight aggregates, fly ash,etc, non-reinforced concrete, gravel and other heavy feedstock.
